The Diva is situated in what I consider one of the island’s best areas, Roca Llisa, located halfway between Ibiza (7 km) and Santa Eulalia (9 km) and flanked by the sea and the island’s only golf course.
As soon as you arrive in Roca Llisa you immediately notice the high quality of the residential complex: exclusive sea-side villas with 24-hour security, far away from the island’s other overcrowded areas, and within a particularly striking haven of peace.
The Diva, with a minimalist design and contemporary décor full of character, is, in my opinion, one of the best villas in the residential complex.
When I arrived at The Diva Villa with my family, we were all impressed with the size of the house (800 m2). The 4 bedrooms in the main part all had their own in-suite bathrooms and terraces with spectacular views of the sea and of the islands Formentera, Espardell, and Espalmador. The fifth bedroom was in the semi-detached flat, which had its own kitchen with an island, bathrooms, and a small living room. Also with views of the sea and direct access to one of the three swimming pools. The sixth bedroom, located in the main building, was used by our lovely hard-working nanny.
The rest of the interior spaces were also quite large. The living room was very homely and tastefully decorated. It lead directly out to the pool with water overflowing towards the horizon, welcoming us to enjoy the impeccable views.
We used the second exterior pool for swimming, since it was the largest. Located on a lower level, it was accessible by a set of stairs and accompanied by a long stretch of lawn perfectly maintained by our unobtrusive gardener.
In the interior, we also enjoyed using the third pool, which was heated, and the Hammam; both designed with clean straight lines.
We had a memorable stay at The Diva Villa, which included lovely days at the Ibiza Golf Course. It had 2 courses: one with 9 holes that was pretty fun and laidback, and another with 18 holes that I found quite challenging for my 17 handicap. We also thoroughly enjoyed are outings on the yacht, which we docked in the convenient and beautiful Santa Eulalia Marina (9 km). From there we could quickly get to all the hidden coves in the northern part of the island, as well as Formentera’s crystal-clear waters.
Unforgettable moments of happiness.
